Advice For Trichorrexis Nodosa?

I have had this Trichorrexis Nodosa for about 2 years. My hair lady found it in her salon beauty book it fit me 2 a tee! But it got so twisted and pullin that I shaved my hair completely off about 10 months ago, knowing this was not going to cure anything just helped with the pulling.
It is like your hair splits into a paintbrush and attaches to other hair. I have done everything by the book (computer) and I am really desperate for some answers ..you talk to dermatologists that are not familiar with it, which it is pretty rare but I want my hair to become untrapped and grow normal and because it still gets to hurting sometimes!!! I really need advice!!!

See a trichologist they specialize in scalp and hair disorder. I'm a hair stylist, look them up they know the term and deal with this on a day to day basis. This is branch off from cosmetologist in a deeper knowledge.
