Artistic Hair Styles and Creative Hair Design

NAHA LasVegas 2005

Babak, the fashion photographer, captured the spotlight at the recent North American Hairstyling Awards (NAHA) with his photographs of artistic hair styles and creative hair designs.

NAHA is a venue where hairstylists and salon owners can demonstrate their creative skills in the art of artistic hair design, styling, makeup and overall fashion concepts in various categories.

Participants go through a two-tier judging process. The first phase is judged by top stylists, photographers and makeup artists who narrow down the field to top finalists. Then the second phase is judged by a panel of hair industry editors.

Canadian Hairdresser of the year 2007

Canadian hairdresser of the year winner & NAHA finalist Edwin Johnston from British Columbia and Owner The Cutting Hair Design presented creativity, versatility, and expertise in hairstyling.
