Baldness and constant scalp itch

I really need a professionals opinion. I have naturally wavy, curly hair and the texture is soft. I wash, condition, oil lightly my scalp, blow dry my hair, then flat iron and wrap it up for the week. this is done once a week.

I have loss patches of hair around my the frame of my forehead. I dont have dandruff but a constant itch towards my scalp.

I use loreal feris hair coloring or the preference brand once a month.

There have been a couple of times where i applied a relaxer on my roots to straighten them, but knew with my hair it ony can be left on for very little time. Now im looking for a relaxer or something where i can stop worrying about my hair. It look like those people who they bring on tv shows for a new hair makeover.
