Brazilian Keratin on Long Island, New York by Brazilian woman!! WOw!! The only searches online these days are about Brazilian people and Brazilian Keratin. I did go to Sueli on Long Island last night after my friend Danielle had her mop looking hair done.

I'm going to tell you, this darn woman is good. She dyed my hair, because I wanted to restore my hair to the original color that it was. So, she restored it back to my natural brown and proceeded with this Famous "Brazilian Keratin Straightening treatment".

My hair is just past my shoulders and is a bit frizzy... Always wavy! so she told me it would take about 2 1/2 hours... But to last for three to four months, it's well worth it.
I had made a lot of calls to find out about prices and more expensive does not usually mean better. I had just found out that she is also Brazilian. Ironically enough, while reading the New York Times yesterday, On the cover page of the Business section, I only noticed in big bold letters: " BEAUTY AND THE BRAZILIANS"

Well, to make a long story short, the woman is darn good!! She dyed my hair, she did my Brazilian Keratin treatment, "BKT" and asked me to comeback in a week or so for a FREE complimentary treatment!!

Want to know the cost? Everything, the coloring of my hair for only $50 dollars, and $300 for the Brazilian Keratin Treatment.
She was nice enough to give me a free consultation and explained everything to me so I knew the process. She did not pressure me in to buying anything.... Unlike some salons...

Not one hair fell out... I heard stories of people straightening their hair with the Japanese Thermal thing, but I honestly think that these Brazilians are ready to conquer the Cosmetics world!

So the next time your hair looks like my friend's mop head, stop by this woman and see what she has to tell you!!
