Cant manage my wavy hair

My hair type is wavy but backside hair are unmanageable for me. Because they are always bushy. The hair which are nearby forehead are very plain, so when anyone looks at me from front, they tell me that my hair are really soft and good, but if someone looks at me from backside my hairs looks unmanageable. please suggest me a good hairstyle which will suit me. (but I don't like to tie my hair)
