Concerning Advice of Going Blonde

I am deciding on going blonde! I am a natural red head and have recently went dark. Being a brunette looks good but i want a change.

To go blonde i will have to strip off my dark hair dye and my natural colour, is this right?
I just want to make sure that doing this, would be a good decision. I don't want my hair to go orange, frizzy or look dead. I am getting it done professionally, will there be any problems? Will this turn out okay?
And also, i am not exactly going blonde, more like a honey brown.

It won't be any problem when its done professionally. The process could involve bleaching, highlight and adding toner on top of that. If you choosing blonde then you might consider strawberry blonde which looks very cute on natural red heads.
