Coppola Keratin Complex Testimonial

My mom had actually gotten the treatment done before I did. It worked great for her. As a result, I have had 2 keratin treatments done on my hair. The first was November 2008. I have naturally very curly hair and anytime I got it straightened at the salon or tried to do it myself it didn't last too long before it frizzed out.

When I got the first treatment it was great! When I went back to the salon after 3 days to wash it for the first time it was straight and just needed to be blown dried straight. Although, it was a pain to keep it dry and straight ( I had to sleep on a silk pillowcase to maintain my straight hair) it was worth it. My hair lasted 5 months. I was so happy I didn't have to do much to my hair with all the holiday parties and events I was invited to.
Since I had great results and my hair got thicker from the protein I decided to get the treatment done again.

I was not happy with the second treatment which was done April 2009. It has been a month and the results aren't even close. My stylist told me that it would be even better the second time around. Both my mom and I DID NOT like the results. Our hair is still curly out of the shower and takes about 20 min to straighten.

I went out for my birthday and it was raining. With the original treatment my hair was GREAT but this time around my hair curled and frizzed up just like it used to. I definitely will not spend my money on this again. I did everything like the first time around; never using any product but the one given from the treatment.

I spent $350 the first time around and 3 and a half hours in the salon. The second time around I paid $250 (my hair was shorter) and 2 and a half hours in the salon.
