Hi jasmine... you say your hair is really curly, so if your face is not a very chubby one, cut your hair short, that's after cutting 2-3 inches long, but yeah in layers. It will be easy to manage, and use your finger to comb it or style it. Let the curls remain and enhance it, when you use your finger you are grouping hair into small tresses and i think it will be beautiful.
