Experiencing the Hair Lose & Iching Scalp

Immediately after first week having the first Keratin treatment I experienced itching scalp and few days later the hair fall and a greasy scalp. I am totally upset as this treatment was done based on the Salon insisting on it!
I suffer from minor seborrheic disease and I wonder if that could have caused and encourage the problem?
