Flaky and Oily Hair

My hair is long but its flaky And i've tried to use more leave in conditioner, it works for flaky but then my hair seems to be oily before my day is over. What do i do to get rid of the flakes and the oiliness to my hair.

This is a method to decrease Flakes and Oily hair

The method is very simple but a little disgusting : All you need is some olive oil ( depends how long or short your hair is ) if you have below shoulder length i suggest you use a quarter of a cup. You will also need 2 egg whites. And any strong smell shampoo for showering.

First, wet your hair then crack the 2 eggs and separate the egg whites. Cover your hair with egg whites and rinse gently. Then blend in the olive oil and cover for 30-45 min. shower and rinse, try to avoid straightening and hair dryers and hot water.
