In general, hair styling gel is used for moulding, sculpting, and creating a shiny, wet-look effect. This styling product is ideal for wash and wear styles, gel can be used on wet or dry hair. It also gives thin, fine hair a thicker look, but avoid using too much or it make the hair too heavy and will remove the volume from your style. These day we mostly use non-aerosol spray gel also known as holding spray.
