I have been doing coppola for about a year and my client's love it. Sometimes it does burn the eyes, but so does color at times. I don't need a mask although just to be safe I bought chemstop fume extractor and it helps. Not one of my client's have complained about any respiratory issues etc... It is a wonderful alternative to Japanese with no damage.

I did get a tip from the Coppola group, she said to shake bottle really well measure the amount and let sit for about 30 min. before treatment, I find that this helps. As far as the 450 degree flat iron, this is during the service, if done properly a flat iron at this heat should not be needed if at all.
