I need to find a color that fits me cuz i am so tired of changing it!!!

me as a blonde....i love it so much but cant keep maintaining it.....

What color will work best with me?? I have naturally fair skin in winter but can with enough tanning sessions get pretty dark ( a red dark color) in the summer. I have naturally medium sandy blonde hair color but have been dying my hair platinum blonde for many years. I am tired of the upkeep and maintaining so i wanna find a darker color that will go well with my skin tone but still be noticed.. I have bluish grey eyes.
