my hair.

I have like a mousy brown coloured hair. But not sure what colour i would suit. I have wanted too go dark brown with blonde but im not sure.
Any Ideas?

I don't think your idea of going dark with blonde highlights is a good one. It seems to me by looking at your photo that you have a perfect complexion colouring to wear red hair.

You will look absolutely gorgeous with a light copper red with blonde highlights. Remember you can always go darker but with red tone in the color. I still think that lighter color is better for you. Try it and you will love it. But remember to have it done professionally (VERY IMPORTANT).

Forget red!! Either brown or blonde would suit your complexion. Do not go too dark brown, it will wash you out, likewise. Don't go peroxide blonde, you will look vile. Either go for a natural brunette or have highlights in foils with a few low-lights, (this can be the expensive option though!!) Good luck! xoxo

I have a friend who attempted that and she had the same skin tone. Let's just say it went horribly. Use the advice of the other comments.

Blonde, (or light brown)

Because you have a light eye colour i would suggest blonde. I have the same hair colour as you and have been dark brunette, light brunette and ginger. I personally hated the ginger, and the dark brown was quite harsh so i had to wear a lot of bronzer and dark eye makeup to define my eyes so that the hair didn't drown them out. the light brunette was flattering. so you could go slightly darker.(it just gave it a richer colour)

However i think dying your hair blonde will allow your eyes to stand out. I used to have golden blonde hair when i was little, so i know that it will suit me. I will be dying my hair blonde very soon, highlights and lowlights. so if you used to be blonde maybe this will be a more natural and flattering way to go. Have you already gone ahead with colouring?

I think your hair is gorgeous as it is - so shiny!!! If that's your natural hair color, you're lucky! Don't change a thing and you'll be glad you didn't!

I have the same complexion and hair colouring as yourself i opted for Garnier Nutrisse dark ash mahogany brown with honey and caramel highlights and i love it!!!
