My hair is limp and flat
I have straight hair that is a little over 12" past my shoulders. It is limp and flat and I cant do anything with it. What can I do to help this problem, I use fruitise Shampoo and wash my hair daily.
Build body from roots
by: SHS
If your hair falls flat throughout the day, then remember that body and volume always built from roots and you need to pay attention to the root area and not the tip of your hair. In the morning or night before: Always blow-dry hair from roots (see the step 1 and 2 of this video for visual aid).
During the day when you have no time: Use a soft bristle brush to backcomb your hair gently and sprits with non-aerosol holding spray near the root area and comb gently to smooth it over.
If you did blow-dry your hair BUT!: Root lifting products do really wonders and give quick lift to limp and flat hair, so it's a good idea to have one in your purse.
SO What you need?
At home: Blow dryer
In your purse: Soft bristle brush, holding spray, small comb and a root-lifting product
Although it sounds easy, but it need some exercise to get it right.

I use velcro rollers to add volume. Just leave it in those places that feel limp and flat for few minutes and use hairspray to finish. It helps a lot!
Get it cut so it's not too long. It can be long but not too long or else it's a nightmare. I used to have my fine almost covering my whole back and I couldn't to anything with it. Now it's about 6 inches past my shoulders.
You should get some layers cut, but make sure you let them know you want to keep the length, it will be lighter so a simple shake will boost the volume easily. Also I find that blow-drying your hair upside down works really well, you can add little bit of volumizing spray as you're blow-drying it to add XTRA volume
