Naturally thick and dry curly hair - Need help

My hair is thick and Very Very dry. Naturally curly and short when I wear my natural curls down they become a mess later on in the day. They become dry and frizzy. I don't know what to do with them and i always wear the same hair style. I NEED SOME HELP with a new style and to make it look moist and not frizzy.
