Need Hairstyle Suggestions

My hair is relatively thick and greasy, but a tad bit flaky at the scalp. To achieve the color i want, I henna it every other month, but it never looks right.

I have a large nose, round hazel eyes, freckles, and a square-ish jaw. My hair right now is an inch or two below my jaw, and it's been layered, so I have long bangs, and it makes my hair look poofy and shows off my large jaw.

I really need to make my face look better... It needs a lot of help! If anybody has any suggestions, I'd really appreciate it!

Also, I was wondering if there were any product to give my hair large, soft curls....
