Oily scalp and face - Any homemade products?

I have an oily scalp which becomes oily the next day after shampooing and also gets a bad smell too. Also this makes my face more oily. I use a herbal shampoo (Himalaya brand) containing rosemary, chickpea and lemon. Are there any homemade products I can use to reduce oiliness in my hair on days when i do not shampoo my hair
