Olive skin tone - Mahogany and caramel highlights

I have really dark brown hair and its straight long and boring! I want to add some layers to it with some mahogany and caramel highlights, but I have olive skin tone. Will this look alright? I want to keep it so all i need to do in the morning is straighten it.. :S x

Yes , I think that that your idea is great . You have yellow skin tones. It is recommended that your hair stays dark, but it does not have to be brown. The mahogany color will be good or a dark red brown could also work well and then add the caramel or golden highlights.
