My cosmetology teacher and I agree that the hightlights are awesome. I'm a student of York County School of Technology and I will try this once or twice in shop.

I love the hairstyle, looks really chic, but must add - not too sure about colour. I don't think a style like this needs this many shades and in fact think it takes away from the fantastic style.
