Pixie hair cut for thinning?

With thinning, blind hair, could I wear my hair in a fairly short "pixie" style? Or would it make the thinning more obvious?

Very short pixie haircut is not the best choice for thinning hair. The choice of cuts depends on the pattern of thinning hair (whether its uniform or locally appear on one or several areas of scalp) and density. Low density and too short could show visible scalp area. And too long could make hair stay flat on top and scalp become visible and more volume must be built on top. In general the optimum size for a short hair (with thinning hair problem) should be no less than 2.5" or 3".
I have colored my hair by a stylist for many years now i'm losing my hair for no reason, I had chemo 4yrs ago but lost my hair. It came back but now I don't see the reason for losing my hair and concerned about my hair. If you have any information I would appreciate it Than you
