Prom Hair Extensions - Ideas?

I got my hair cut like a month ago, and it ended up being a disaster. They cut it way shorter than i asked and made the shortest layer only a few inches long. I looked like had a mullet. It grew out a little, but not much. It's barely to my shoulders.

I have prom coming up in two weeks and i have no idea what to do with it. I want to get hair extensions, but that won't help my really short layer. I feel like there isn't anything i can do.
Any ideas?

I suggest you go to the salon or hairdresser ( obviously a professional one) and ask them to put on perfect looking extensions that will match your natural hair and then ask them to curl/straighten or do a design with your hair if you want. surely it wouldn't cost you much!

My sister has a prom coming up soon and her hair is a disaster - she is getting hers done at the hairdresser which will sort it out!

Don't worry, your hair will look awesome if you go to a good salon and ask them which hair style which best suit you as they have experience and know what is better for you!
