Red Color On Bleached Highlight - Looks Patchy
I have highlighted my brown hair with bleach and put a red on top. It looks patchy. If i put a colored mousse on first then let it dry and put a red dye on top of that, would it stop looking patchy?

Differences in porosity have the color over the bleached sections taking lighter than the rest. if the highlights are blotchy, then a color over it will show blotchy as well. Evening out the highlights with some low lights might work.Subscribe To This Site
