Styling Thin Fine Hair Without Using Hot Tools?
by Sarah

When I was younger, I had really thick and straight hair, that everyone used to talk about. As I moved to the UK, my hair started falling so much and I think it's due to the water. Then after that I started straightening it which made fall more.
I was really bored of having thin hair so I decided to have short steps with long hair - this made it more thinner but the short steps volumised my hair which was something I loved. As it was growing, I kept doing the same hair cut until it was really thin. So I left it growing unhealthy and thin, until I cut it up to the end of my neck.
I still have short layers but it's kinda balanced out now. It's now growing nearly up to my shoulders, but it's really thin. I want to grow it healthy so I don't want to use any straighteners or curlers. But it's really boring if I just leave it as it is.
I really need your help on how to style it for college without damaging it.
Thanks

Styling thin/fine hair is extremely difficult whether or not you, are using styling tools or not. I know first hand since my own hair is very fine and thin. Do not use a straightener this will burn thin hair causing it to become thinner, dryer and literally fried. I, have to blow dry as you probably do too or else it is flat and lifeless. Use a good conditioner for heat styled hair along with a heat protecting spray and mousse for volume.
Take biotin supplements for at least six months. Consider if there is any difference between what you were eating before you moved and after.
