No need for a haircut. Why not simply tuck the hair behind one or both ears by keeping the front section smooth straight using small amount of smoothing lotion or balm and then secure it by slip on an elastic headband from your forehead.

If the hair behind the headband or in crown area is flattened, then just back-comb it a little to get a more retro finish and add some contrast in texture between front and back. Its simple and always in trend.
