I have fine hair and just cut it short. I am trying to grow it long and it does not grow fast. I am looking for products or recommendations to make my hair fuller and grow faster.

How to grow fine thin hair faster

I use fish oil capsules 2 capsules a day at 1000mg
this has improved my own fine thin hair tremendously. It is now thicker,healthier,with more body and luster and it grows fast. The fish oil capsules have the omega 3 which is very good for your health and hair. Give it a try it is natural and safe.

I take fish oil 1000mg. 3 times a day and it does nothing for my thin hair.

I, am sorry to hear the fish oil does not help. If there is a sally beauty supply store near you they can recommend something I, use their shampoos and conditioners for fine thin color treated hair and they do work great.
