Warm or Cool Colours?

by Emma
(Yorkshire)

I used to have blonde hair when I was younger, but it has gotten dark over the years. However I heard that if you had blonde hair when you were younger, it will suit you still when you are older.

Now I don't want to go blonde again, I want to go a dark golden brown to keep it warm, but I have really ice blue eyes and pale like skin so that would make me cool. Yet I tan really easily and go a golden colour in the sun, so do you think I can pull of dark warm colours?
Or it would be better if I go for a blonde colour, because I do not want to use ash colours because to me I think they can be too dull.

Why not going for a neutral brown color that suits both cool and warm skin tones. Thats why you won't risk anything. You can always add some golden brown highlights during summer when tanning and see if that works for you. If not you let the highlight fade away naturally and you still have your dark brown hair!
