What color blonde would cover the gray and brown?

I've been highlighting my brown hair for years but now my roots are going salt and pepper. In some places more gray than not. Unfortunately this is where I part my hair. I'd like to go blonde on blonde without double processing. What color blonde would cover the gray and the little amounts of brown that are still there?
