What hair color or shade of blonde would work for me?

Ive been a brunette but because I have pale skin it looks horrible. So for the past few years I have been many shades of blonde and I'm having trouble picking if I should stay lighter blonde or go darker. Also is it okay to color my eye brows they are much darker?

Blonde hair color will work for you. I recommend a golden blonde shade with highlights, because your skin is pale and I think the color should be warm rather than ash.
I think a very dark brown, almost black would look awesome...thinking Audrina Patridge type of a thing...
