It's hard to see your true complexion with bright flash from camera, but I think you should enhance your current color with some honey blond on top section or try some light ash blond. Some contrasting shades like honey and caramel blond would also look great with your eye color.brown or blonde ?

I think you should go dirty blond with brown high lights!!!!! it will bring out the angle of your face and your eyes!!!!
I think you should dye ur hair blonde and add touches of caramel streaks:) so ur eyes will stand out! =]
I Think you should go darker, like dark brown. It will make your eyes more stand-out and you will look more mysterious.
