Would I be able to do a really short sassy look?

I have a question. I have hair that is a little below the shoulder and curly. It has several long layers in it and I am sick of it. I have an oval face with a slightly pointed chin. Would I be able to do a really short sassy look, or should I stay longer?? Please help, my hair appointment is on the 15th of July.

first try a computer simulation to see what you would like with short hair or just ask the hair stylist

If you have an oval face shape, then you shouldn't be worry. If you don't like your layers, then they are probably out of shape and need to be updated. Best layers for your face would be one length layers. If you have a small face, then you will look better with short hair by avoiding extra long hair that overpowers your beautiful face. If you still have doubt, then use imaging software as suggested. You can read about it here.

I have always had really long hair until about two weeks ago. I cut about 12 inches off. it's naturally curly and i have a round face with a point-ish chin also and it looks amazing. it's like a curly A-Line. I just posted a page about it.

I also had my hair permanently straightened to calm down the curls and it totally made my hair look healthier and shinier, because i didn't have to use so much product to keep my curls under control. The cut and the straightener are the best things i've ever done with my hair. and i totally recommend it to anyone who has super curly hair and has to use tons of product to keep it far from frizzy. So i say GO FOR IT!
