I have short hair and want clip in extensions
My fringe is a bit longer than this
I have hair like Silver off 90210, its quite short at the back, but slightly longer in the fringe. I hate having short hair now as my hair suited me better when it was up and long. I want to get clip in extensions so I can tie my hair up but I'm worried my hair is too short and it'll look stupid. My hair grows quite fast, how long should it be until I can use clip in extensions?

Clip-ins are great to add length and fullness to hair. They can look quite natural given that the match is good and your hair is long enough to blend them in. If you have cut your hair short and now want it long, you may have to wait a couple more months to have a correct length for the clip-ins. Also when pulling it up, the clip-ins can show if not placed properly, and can pull on your natural hair, making them uncomfortable. Maybe a phoney pony will suit you for a pulled back look. Again by the looks of the picture, patience may have to weigh out clip-in extensions at this time. 
Minimum length for having a clip-in hair extension is around 3.5 to 4 inch. Shorter than this will not be practical. |
