Heather was kind enough to share some tips for curly girls looking for a short haircut:
- Visit a stylist who has experience with cutting short hair
- Choose a shape/style that suits your face shape and curl texture
- Curly hair should be cut with depth and texture rather than blunt. I like to use a razor. It allows the curls space to move and have freedom
- Products are essential. With curly hair I like to use curl creams or combine two products one that has hold (a mousse or gel) with something that gives moisture (a cream, conditioner or oil)
