Scalp Pimples - How to Keep Them From Reoccurring?

I've been dealing with scalp pimples for about a year now. Any suggestions on how to keep them from reoccurring? I'm 57, naturally thin hair, normal skin type (not oily, not dry).

Use a shampoo for oily hair and scalp... Use one with Tea Tree Oil... If condition persists please see a doctor, dermatologist.
