Keratin perm

Hi, my name is Sabrina. I am writing to you from Italy to report the same problem. At the beginning of June I had a Keratin perm. There was no formaldehyde but Cysteamine. Obviously the hairdresser assured me that it was an organic, natural product. Now I'm also the one to count hair ..... total desperation.

I wanted to ask you how long the hair loss has subsided, ask if you have had a scalp biopsy, if you have noticed any improvement using minoxidil or cortisone. I thank everyone who can help me.
