Problem With Hair Growth - After Giving Birth

My daughter's hair has a portion at the back that has refused to grow properly for years after she lost it about 7 months after birth. Please can I get any advice on what to do and if possible something to make it grow properly again.

Hair loss after giving birth
by: N.F.

Normally the body hormonal changes are the reason for this type of localized hair loss after giving birth.

Under normal circumstances the body should balance itself after 6-8 month of giving birth and hair growth and pattern should be returned to its normal condition.

Your daughter need to take note of any pills and special diets (e.x weight loss diet) that she takes and consult this problem with GP.

For example birth control pills taken after giving birth could extend this condition (or even cause this)
